now boasting 3 separate gym area, with each one focusing on either cardio or toning.
We have also added zones specifically for functional training fully furnished with battle ropes, TRX bands, boxing bags and more.
Our Dance & Fitness Studio has also been completely refurbished, and classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Legs Bums and Tums now take place in a light, airy and modern room equipped with everything our members need.

Hi, my name is Nick. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I am a level 2 gym instructor and a level 3 personal trainer and specialise in Body Transformation, Weight Management and K1 & Mixed Martial arts.

Hi all! My name is Tom and I have always had a passion for health and fitness. From this passion, I want to help you get results with enjoyable yet challenging sessions which can help you reach your potential!
I like to structure my sessions so you can be pushed to your maximum whilst having a smile on your face!
Julius
My name is Julius, I have been a personal trainer for the last 4 years since leaving university. I have always enjoyed exercising and playing sport, this led to an interest in learning more about how to exercise effectively to achieve a goal. I try to make every session fun and challenging while also being an effective way to get you to your goal.
